Unlike others, I totally loathe watching 3-D movies partly because I have to wear those funky looking glasses over my spectacles and that is pretty irritating if you ask me. So, when I came across Alienline’s naked eye 3-D phone, I was baffled and excited to get my hands on it.
It looks like any other stock android device with a fingerprint scanner. But when you turn it on, you’ll observe something is different about its screen and you’ll know it’s going to be Legend-wait for it-Dary,LEGENDARY!
About the 3-D technology
The special geometry surface of an added extra polymer layer decodes the polar- and color segmentation so that each eye sees only what was designed for it to see, creating a perception of depth. The Right Eye image is specially segmented, matching the prism’s Right side of the polymer surface. This lets only the Right image to be visible. The Left Eye image is segmented differently, matching the prism’s Left side of the polymer surface. This lets only the Left image to be visible. The display switches between the Left and Right eye images at up to 100 frames per second (that’s really) alternately segmenting each frame.
The human brain synthesizes the two images into a single image, creating the perception of depth. They designed a polymer layer with a specially engineered surface. Applying this extra layer on the parallax barrier line the whole screen itself becomes a Real 3 Dimensional Display. Thus 3D glasses are not needed anymore. Just Like
How effective is it?
We had high expectations from it and it stood on them quite well. The 3-D quality is pretty amazing and in high definition.I watched our favourite movie Avatar 3-D on it and well, I enjoyed every bit of it without having to wear those stupid glasses.
But there are some cons too. Like, it takes a considerable amount of time in adjusting to your eyes and your head might start to spin . And sometimes, it just won’t adjust with your eyes and you feel dizzy as hell.
Is There Anything New Other Than Playing 3D Content?
You can also shoot and record 3-D images and videos. Shooting videos is easy but capturing images was a difficult task. And the Images or Videos we shot were not very impressive.

Overall Review
It’s a fine-looking and light weighted phone with HD 3-D display and an unexpectedly great battery life. But the camera is not at all up-to the mark. For someone, like me who loves to click selfies and food pics all the time, this  is a major letdown.

Seems like a cool tech its the first article im reading about such phone. But Im more concerned about the viewing angles!!
Phone has eye tracking too, so if you are having any sort of difficulty in adjusting the video or you are not able to view 3D properly you could switch it on. It will adjust automatically according to your eyes
